Kisah Duka Hari Ini...

Hari ini hari berduka saya...huhu

Today supposed me, hubby & Irqin should be at

We checked in yesterday via online...

Today sampai LCCT dalam 3.15pm, flight pukul 3.50pm...

Guess what?

They resisted to take my luggage!

Huhuh..

Yang hand luggage je boleh masuk!

Sedey...

So, me & hubby amek bag Irqin & bag toiletries nak masuk ke departure hall,

Tetiba jer, boleh plak staff AirAsia bangang tu cakap,

"U buat ape ni? Sori dah tak sempat, gate closed"

Tadi dia yang suruh masuk without our luggage!

Geramnye!

Aku siap cakap takkan la tak boleh consider, flight mesti tak sampai lagi kan...

Dia kata tak boleh!
Eeeeeeeeeee! WTF!

AIRASIA tak penah aku naik selama ini ON TIME!

Mesti DELAY jer!

Dia cakap, flight dah push & boarding!
PENIPU!

Padahal masa tu ada lagi 10 minutes lagi departure time, I am sure FLIGHT tak ready pun masa tuh! Believe me!

And I am sure ramai yang naik AIRASIA before ni, tak penah ON TIME kan?

Geram nye tak terhingga!
Lepas tu, staff tu boleh cakap, "You pegi la beli ticket next flight pukul 5!"

Bodos! Tu taktik korang kan!
Memang customer service failed!
Huhuh...

We checked the next flight ticket - cost us nearly RM1k!
Padahal my flight & hotel semua total tak sampai RM300!

Geram nye!

Takpela, mungkin takde rezeki & mungkin ada hikmah disebaliknya kan...

Maybe sampai sana, ada je masalah ke pe kan?
